The AUGB Waltham Cross Branch has been the centre of the Ukrainian Community in Waltham Cross, Cheshunt and the surrounding areas for over 60 years. The Centre is a valuable asset in the development of Ukrainian culture, education and traditions and has a long record of service to both Ukrainian and non-Ukrainian communities.

Renowned Ukrainian groups such as Krylati dance troupe and Fiyalka Ukrainian Ladies choir call the centre their home. The centre has an extensive variety of spaces to hire perfect for any occasion. Parties,weddings, get together’s, rehearsals, classroom activities all welcome.
The British Ukrainian Society (BUS) is a not-for-profit organisation which seeks to strengthen the ties between Ukraine and the United Kingdom at all levels by providing a platform for closer contact and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of politics, business, culture, education and science.
Plast is a Ukrainian scouting organization. Plast’s goal is to promote an all encompassing, patriotic and self-educating program for Ukrainian youth based on Christian principles. Being a non-political and non-confessional organization, Plast educates young people as conscious, responsible and valuable citizens on local, national and world community levels. The Ukrainian Institute in London develops and promotes a greater awareness, understanding and knowledge of Ukrainian history, language, current affairs, business, economy, literature, religion and culture through educational, professional and networking activities. Located in Holland Park, the Institute is maintained and supported by the Society of St Sophia, a UK registered charity.
The Ukrainian Youth Association (UYA or “CYM” in Ukrainian) is an international, voluntary and non-profit organisation with branches throughout the United Kingdom. It was founded in Ukraine in 1925, and re-established in Great Britain in 1948, after the arrival of Ukrainian emigrants.
